Do all orders qualify for free shipping?
No. 4moms offers free shipping to addresses in the 48 contiguous states on orders totaling more than $49. A $4.99 flat-rate shipping fee applies to orders totaling less than $49 when shipping to addresses in the 48 contiguous states. Free and flat-rate shipping is not available for residents in Alaska, Hawaii and Canada, regardless of total order value. Shipping rates for customers in Alaska, Hawaii and Canada will be calculated during checkout.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, orders can be shipped to physical addresses in Canada. Standard shipping rates apply and will be calculated during checkout.
Can orders be shipped outside of the United States or Canada?

Most in-stock items are shipped within one business day. Backordered or out-of-stock items will take longer. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same shipment. There may be processing delays during sale events and peak shopping days.

Which carrier will deliver my package?
Orders shipping in the United States will ship using either United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS) or possibly a combination of both, depending upon the item(s) in your order.
Orders shipping to Canada will ship using UPS.
The item(s) in your cart will determine which carrier we use. Most smaller items weighing one pound or less will ship using USPS. Larger items and /or items weighing over one pound will ship using UPS.
Why is my order arriving in multiple shipments?
We make every effort to ship your items together, however there are times that we may have to divide your order into multiple shipments.

If, within 30 days of receipt of your item(s), you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused or unassembled item(s) for a full refund of the merchandise value and tax. Are there any products that are not eligible for return?
Yes. Soft goods that have been opened cannot be returned. For example, mamaRoo seat fabrics, if opened, cannot be returned.

How long will it take to process my refund?
