4moms proudly offers free UPS Ground shipping to addresses in the contiguous US. Free shipping is not available in Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. Free Shipping will be applied automatically to all qualifying orders - no minimum purchase, coupons or promotion codes are required.

4moms ships to physical addresses within the United States and Canada. We do not ship to PO Boxes or U.S. Territories. Most in-stock items are shipped within one business day, according to the standard shipping timeframes listed below. Please note: all 4moms.com orders ship from California.

Backordered or out-of-stock items will take longer. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same shipment.

Expedited shipping is available only for in-stock items, and only to addresses within the continental United States.

When your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated by the carrier. What are 4moms’ standard shipping timeframes?

All shipping timeframes are estimated and apply to in-stock inventory:

  • Orders placed by noon ET Monday – Thursday will usually ship within 24 hours. Please note that it make take an additional 24 hours for tracking information to be updated by the carrier. 

  • Orders placed after noon ET Thursday and before 11:59 pm ET Sunday will usually ship the next business day following the weekend. Please note that it may take an additional 24 hours for tracking information to be updated by the carrier.

  • 4moms observes the following U.S. holiday calendar:

    • New Year’s Eve and Day

    • Memorial Day

    • Fourth of July

    • Labor Day

    • Thanksgiving Day and the Friday following

    • Christmas Eve and Christmas Day

    • Orders placed on these days will usually ship the next non-holiday business day.

Can orders be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii?

Yes, orders can be shipped to physical addresses in Alaska and Hawaii.

Can orders be shipped to Canadian addresses?

Yes, orders can be shipped to physical addresses in Canada.

Can orders be shipped outside of the U.S. or Canada?

No, orders can only be shipped to physical addresses in the United States and Canada.

Can orders be shipped to a PO Box?

What is 4moms’ return policy?

The 4moms team takes great pride in making dramatically better baby products. If, within 30 days of receipt of your item(s), you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused 4moms item(s) for a full refund of the merchandise value and tax.  Original shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except in the case of an incorrect order or damage. 

We cannot accept returns of any items that have been used for any period of time.

How long will it take to my process my refund?

Refunds will be issued within 2 business days after we receive and inspect your returned merchandise.  Depending on your credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to post to your account.

In what currency are 4moms® prices displayed?

All merchandise prices are diplayed in US Dollars (USD). For Canadian customers, currency conversion will take place with your credit card provider after your card has been charged by 4moms®./p>

Can I use PayPal?

Yes, 4moms does accept PayPal for purchases made on 4moms.com. Please note that orders placed that have a “ship to” address in Canada, cannot use PayPal as a method of payment.

Do you accept cashier’s checks or money orders?

4moms does not accept cashier’s checks or money orders for purchases made on 4moms.com.

Do you charge sales tax on online purchases?

4moms collects sales tax where required by law, including orders shipped to CA, FL, IL, KY, NJ, NY, OH, PA, and WA.   If you are shipping to any of these states, the appropriate tax will be added to your merchandise total and displayed on your final order confirmation.

4moms is also required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Canada. If you are shipping to Canada, the appropriate tax will be added to your merchandise total and displayed on your final order confirmation.

When will my credit card be charged?
